What we collect
When you request a download, we collect your name, email address, selected track and confirmation of the access steps.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver the requested file, protect downloads from abuse and, with your consent, send releases and updates from The Faces.
Social platforms
We never receive your passwords or access to your accounts. YouTube and Instagram open directly on their platforms; the site records that you opened each step and the confirmation you provide when you return.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while needed to manage downloads and the artist-community relationship. You may request access or deletion by contacting the team through The Faces' official Instagram account.
Files
Download links are personal, temporary and may be limited to protect the studio masters.
